We are excited to welcome our Interim Minister, Pastor Jessica Adcock and her husband Ken. She is a dynamic and compassionate leader who brings both spiritual depth and real-world experience to our congregation. In addition to pastoral ministry, she is a nurse-an occupation that reflects her deep commitment to care, presence, and service in times of need.
With an abundance of energy, creativity, and fresh ideas, she approaches ministry with enthusiasm and a forward-looking spirit. She has a gift for listening, encouraging, and inspiring others, and she is passionate about helping congregations discover new possibilities while honoring their traditions. Her leadership blends practical wisdom with heartfelt faith, fostering connection, healing, and hope.
We are grateful for her willingness to journey with us during this season and look forward to the growth, joy and renewed vision her ministry brings.

Waddy Christian Church collaborates with Clayvillage Baptist and Hempridge Baptist Churches to bring food assistance to Eastern Shelby County by offering a food pantry located in the basement of Waddy Christian.
